Many of the men I work with are successful in their careers and committed to their families, yet internally feel overwhelmed by stress, relational conflicts, anger, or unresolved experiences from the past. You may find yourself feeling on edge, emotionally shut down, stuck in the same arguments and cycles. Many of the men I work with are professionals, husbands, fathers, or leaders who are used to being the one others rely on and are used to solving problems on their own, but the reality is you don't have to do this on your own. Therapy can provide a place and space to slow down, understand what is happening beneath the surface, and create meaningful change. I specialize in working with men who are navigating these struggles. Together we focus on understanding the patterns that keep you stuck and developing practical ways to move forward with greater clarity and confidence. I also work with couples who want to rebuild trust, improve connection, and satisfaction. For couples, therapy focuses on guiding partners through practical communication tools, emotional regulation skills, and a deeper understanding of relational patterns, moving out of cycles of blame and withdrawal and into greater empathy, teamwork, and connection. I am passionate about supporting children, pre-teens, teens, and young adults as they navigate life's challenges and transitions, guiding them in the path of personal well-being. As a therapist, my primary goal is to create a supportive and open environment for both youth and their families through collaborative, effective communication. With a passion for fostering healthy family dynamics and supporting youth through challenges, I work to create a balanced approach that promotes growth, understanding, and stronger relationships. Through holistic trauma- informed modalities, I believe it is important to empower clients to understand themselves better, explore emotional regulation, and develop effective life and coping skills that promote growth and well-being. Working with youth and young adults in various settings, I have experience integrating evidence-based practices, addressing issues such as anxiety, and depression.
